Our GuaranteeWe guarantee that all handcrafted items are authentic and individually made. As a result of the handcrafted nature of our products, many items will vary slightly in color and/or size. Returns & RefundsIf you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us before mailing products back so that we may try our best remedy the issue. Returns are accepted within 15 business days of the date that you received your order for full refund or 30 business days for exchange or store credit. Damaged or short shipped items must be reported within 5 days of receipt of the Order. All items must be returned in their original condition. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice in order for a refund, exchange or credit to be issued to the Customer’s account. If the item is damaged, the Customer should keep the shipping carton and packaging materials for inspection by a representative of the shipper. Shipping fees are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with returning the item, unless the Customer received an item in error. Please allow 7 days for a refund if paid by cash, check, or wire transfer and 15 days if by credit cards.

Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for replacing lost or stolen packages if the Shipper can verify the package was delivered to the shipping address specified by the customer.
