Legal, Financial & DONOR PRIVACY

Indego Africa is a 501(c)(3) non-profit recognized by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service.  All donations made to Indego Africa are deductible from the donor's federal income taxes. Please review the Donor Privacy Policy if you have any questions about how your privacy is protected.

SPONSORSHIPS & POOLING

All donations are pooled with other donations to be used by Indego Africa, at the discretion of its officers, in carrying out its mission and programs. Indego Africa believes that the most effective way to help our African partners is to combine your donation with those of other donors and permit our expert staff and officers the flexibility to spend those precious funds in the most effective way possible.  If you made a donation in support of (or as a sponsorship of) our program needs through this website or the Indego Africa Shop, please note that you will NOT be receiving a product or item in the mail (or any other method), unless otherwise notified by Indego Africa.

REGISTRATION & RECOGNITION

By donating, you will automatically be registered for the Indego Africa mailing list and, if relevant, recognized as a major donor at a certain giving level on our Major Donors webpage. RECEIPTS

For all donations made online, Indego Africa does not generally send a personalized receipt unless you make a request by e-mail This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  However, the confirmation e-mail generated by Google Checkout should have sufficient information for purposes of your tax and accounting records (subject to confirmation by your tax advisor).
